GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We are currently accepting sizes newborn to 5 years.
  • The cost of shipping items to us is at your expense, Auckland drop off is available.
  • All items must be in very good to excellent pre-loved condition / brand new with tags. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept items that show signs of wear such as stains, holes, fading etc.

WHAT DO WE ACCEPT?

  • We are currently accepting sizes newborn to 5 years.
  • All items must be in very good to excellent pre-loved condition. Items that show signs of wear such as stains, holes, fading etc unfortunately will not be accepted.
  • We accepts brands including but not limited to: Nature Baby, Jamie Kay, Ziggy Lou, Grown, Quincy Mae, Rylee + Cru, Sienna Blair, Aster & Oak, Toshi, Hux, Dimples, Buck & Baa, Petit Bateau, Ralph Lauren, Wheat, Karibou, Mini Rodini, Country Road, Bencer & Hazelnut, Goldie + Ace, Wilson & Frenchy, Seed Heritage, Le Edit, MarMar Copenhagen, Milky, Bobo Choses, Cry Wolf, Zulu & Zephyr, Snuggle Hunny.
  • We are unable to accept items from chain stores such as The Warehouse, Kmart, Postie*, Cotton On, H&M* and Farmers* etc.

*We can accept neutral cotton and merino basics from these stores. For example Teeny Weeny cotton rib / cotton leggings, cardigans, bodysuits + Milly & Milo merino etc.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We will sort through your items and add the the accepted pieces to an excel sheet. The items will be added to the website within 2 weeks of receipt of your parcel. Any items that are not accepted can be sent back (at your expense) or we can donate them to one of the charities we support.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE PRICE OF ITEMS?

Items are priced based on the brand and the condition. Please refer to the current website stock for an indication on how we price items.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

You will receive 50% of the sale price. Payments are made into your nominated bank account fortnightly on Friday's (your first payment will be the week after your items are listed on the website). 

HOW LONG ARE MY ITEMS LISTED FOR?

Items are listed for 4 weeks at full price and 2 weeks at 25% off.

MARKETS

In addition to the online store, we regularly attend markets. The markets we attend regularly have a high stock turn over.

CAN I HAVE AN ITEM REMOVED FORM THE WEBSITE IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Yes, we can remove items from the website if you change your mind. There will be a $5.00 admin fee per item + the shipping cost to return the item to you.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ITEMS THAT HAVENT SOLD?

Any items that have not sold at the end of the 6-week period can be sent back (at your expense) or we can donate them to Little More NZ on your behalf.
